The Triune
A downloadable one-page TTRPG
In The Triune, you play as a three-headed deity handing down Decrees one word at a time. These Decrees may have little to no effect on the world below, or they may have cataclysmic consequences. Only you (and your other two heads) have the power to decide.
Each player needs a d20, and it helps to have a physical representation of the world you have dominion over - a sheet of paper with a sketched map, a document, a Paint file, etc.
This game dovetails well with other worldbuilding games, especially Avery Alder's The Quiet Year.
